Stracciatella

Stracciatella is one of the most typical speciality of southern Italy for its peculiar organoleptic characteristics, which make it one of the finest dairy products.

 It is made from the hand fraying of small mozzarella strips blended with fresh cream.

 It has a characteristic sweet flavour, perfect as a table dairy product or in starters and snacks composition.

TYPE OF PRODUCT
Fresh spun paste cheese obtained by acid coagulation by addiction of citric acid in cow’s milk and cream.

ALLERGENS
Milk and lactose naturally occur. Such substances may provoke intolerances and allergies in some sensitive and/or allergic people, as provided for in the Legislative Decree 8.02.2006 number 114 to implement the directives 2003/89/CE, 2004/77/CE and 2005/63/CE about the indication of the ingredients contained in food.

PACKAGING
The product is packaged in polypropylene food frays with a heat-sealed plastic film, food compatible, as required by the Italian and EU law.
