Toma con rucola

Toma con rucola (with rocket) is a soft fresh cheese, steeped  in whey, uniform and melted characterised by  a homogeneous white colour and  a sweet and mild flavour.

It has a parallelepiped shape.

Perfect to be eaten alone or in side dishes and starters composition.

TYPE OF PRODUCT
Soft fresh cheese obtained by rennet coagulation by addiction of natural rennet and rocket. It has a particular parallelepiped shape and a net weight from 500 grams to 2 kg.

ALLERGENS
Milk and lactose naturally occur. Such substances may provoke intolerances and allergies in some sensitive and/or allergic people, as provided for in the Legislative Decree 8.02.2006 number 114 to implement the directives 2003/89/CE, 2004/77/CE and 2005/63/CE about the indication of the ingredients contained in food.

PACKAGING
The product is packaged in cheese moulds of plastic material, food compatible, as required by the Italian and EU law.
